Send an email to support@grindinggear.com if you have lost access to the email address associatd with your Path of Exile account. They'll need to verify your identity before they help you.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
