Help me please

I reported the issue of my account being muted yesterday, but apparently, it's more than just being muted-no one has sent me private messages about my trading warehouse at all. At first, I thought there was a problem with my pricing, but after I tried setting valuable items to a very low price and still no one bought them, I believe there's some kind of issue. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

This is intentional.

Chat mutes now temporarily block you from the trade system.

It will be resolved at the end of the 16 days when the mute expires.

I am truly sorry. Please tell me the reason for this punishment—I will actively cooperate to correct my mistake. However, could you please lift or reduce this penalty? I have been really looking forward to this season, and there are no such good ARPGs (Action Role-Playing Games) like this in China.
