How do you buy from others? I get "you do not have the required quest state"

Haven't played in ages, cam back for the new league and I am only level 16, trying to buy a bow but using the new marketboard with teleport to players hideout to buy item it says you do not meet the required quest state.
I have access to my own hideout, so if I can tp to mine why not others? How do I buy gear for levelling if I need to be in endgame to access it? Am confused. Last bumped on Aug 31, 2025, 8:21:31 AM

The new trading system will appear in Act 4.
Before that, select "In Person Trade Only" on the trade site (I assume the old trading method should be available, but I'm not sure, I don't play in trade league). |
