Hostile takeover quest bug

I keep seeing this quest, but cannot progress. It says to travel to my hideout and speak to Ange. When I get there and click on Ange nothing happens.

Head to kingmarch and talk to Ange. Change the hideout to shoreline and then go back to the hideout and talk to ange. Longtime bug.
