problem with curency exchange

i got some currency exchange trade on action house in standard and cant remove it because there no NPC have actionhouse in standard

Ok figured it out. Go back to act 3. You will have a quest to speak to Alva. Go do it and it will go through the cut scenes to get you to act iv. Which you can then get ange.
