Error Chaos Inoculation

I'm having a very serious problem. When I cast the Chaos Inoculation passive, I can't refill my health when an enemy deals a lot of damage to me. Before the update, I could refill my health when I took damage, but now I can't. Since the last update two days ago, I can't refill my health.

Note: I have a lot of energy shielding, and before the update, I could refill my health when I took a lot of damage, but not anymore.

Chaos Inoculation sets your max HP to 1. There is no refilling your HP with that passive. You either have full HP or you have 0 (dead).
