Challenge rewards?

Where is the list of challenges we have to complete to get free skins?

I've been trying to find this as well, without luck. Hoping someone can point us in the right direction!

Kill the Rotten Druid in the Grim Tangle (Act One) and receive the Exile’s Staff Skin.

Options Input list shows that the Achievements can be listed by typing "H". However this does not seem to do anything as yet.

I have tried in Campaign and in my hideout on new character in new leauge.

Also tried on old character in Standard while in hideout with no success.

I suspect that it has not been fully implemented as yet.
