Character grunting noises

Any way to turn the character grunts and screams off?
Currnetly playing arc mage and every other cast there's a "Urgh" or "Argh" It's especially annoying with headphones on. Is there a setting somewhere I've missed? Last bumped on Aug 30, 2025, 11:22:31 PM

+1 for turning off grunting noises. None of the sound options work for it at the moment.
It's so obnoxious that I have to mute the game in order to listen to music. |
