Couldn't link Poe2 to account

Hello, I bought Poe2 to my friend from his ps5 today. We tried every suggestion in the internet to link his account. We linked his ps account to his poe account but even then when we click "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" from his account page, It says his account does not have access to PoE 2 EA. Can you help with that?
