Inactive Guild Leader Transfer

Hello,
The leader of our guild PoE2 has unfortunately passed away. I wanted to see if it is possible to have the guild leader position passed to someone else. We have a lot of friends together in the guild and would like to keep it in our friends memory but he is currently set as guild leader and I couldn't find anything about how to switch the leader if we can't access his account.
