Cant trade. Get an error that says "you dod not have the required quest state."

Anyone else getting this? Am I doing something wrong? Can we not buy until act 4????

When you try to teleport from the website, it tells you that you can´t do it because you don´t have Ange unlocked, which only happens in act4.

That's a poor choice, as trading becomes relevant as early as level 10, and locking it in act 4 makes no sense.

It is all about lowering the player count. Game has too many restrictions.
