this error also happened in POE2

I have same error. crashes my game just by clicking on char.

Same problem I have
Unfortunately the only character I have on the account is the one that has "service of Merit" unique shield. First and last character i played on POE 2 and i haven't logged int this game for like 5 months.

The error message pops up INSTANTLY after i press "log in" and the character selection screen loads but its a blank black screen that doesnt load the image of that character and it wont allow me to press or click anything on the character selection screen (Delete character, Make a new Character) because of the Error message pop up and only thing i can do is press "ok" on the error message which force shuts down POE 2.

If you could give the option to delete a character from your account on the website, it would solve the problem but thats only a temporary solution because i don't care about this character from 2 patches ago but for people who start a new league with a new char, and come across this problem, i cant imagine that option would be the best for them.
