Currency Exchange bug

Hello,

I have bugged currency exchange, it shows that i have full slot for exchange.
I didn't clear from deleted characters and i can't use it now.
Can you somehow help?

Currency exchange is account based, not character based. If the trades are on Mercenary league, then any character in Mercenary league can claim them.

If the slots are full, it will tell you the originating league for each trade. What league are the trades in?

The main issue is that i deleted all characters from account before 0.3 :/

Exchange requests are removed by claiming the currency from them. Which requires a character in that league.
Make a character in Standard, progress it through the campaign if necessary to access the exchange (I'm not totally sure how PoE2 handles this), and close out the exchanges there.

Ah, well that was certainly a rough mistake, lol. I'm assuming at the bottom of each of the trades it says Standard then? If not, then these options are not valid.

You've got 4 options that I can think of:
1. Try to make a new character in Standard league and see if the Currency Exchange option is account unlocked or if that requires an active character in Standard with it unlocked. If so, there should be an option for the Exchange from an NPC in Act 1 town. I would test this for you but I have active characters in Standard so I can't be sure.
2. Take that new character to the point they have access to Currency Exchange. I believe it is the end of Act 3 or now start of Act 4, but I might be misremembering. Once you have access, claim all of the Standard trades on Standard freeing up the slots for all leagues. Time consuming, but will probably be your best option if #1 doesn't work.
3. Contact GGG support to see if they can restore any of the Standard characters that had access to Currency Exchange. If they are able to assist, then you can claim trades that way. But considering their league start backlog, I don't expect a good turnaround time for this.
4. Essentially deal with missing slots until the end of Abyss league when all your Abyss characters migrate to Standard. Then same deal, claim the trades on Standard on any character has unlocked the Exchange.
