Bind spectre hides all items and corpse on ground when selected

When selecting the Bind spectre skill I am unable to select a corpse as all items and interactables are hidden from screen, tested this on the steam client and standalone. I have set my settings and keybinds back to default and the issue persists.

If this is specific to act 4, it's not a bug. They shipped it without actually setting up the specters.
You can't see any of them because there is only 1 thing in the entire act I found you could bind. | |

im having this issue in act 2, no matter what i bind it to. it toggles items, even after reverting to defaults
