My account got hacked.

I didnt play during the last league, i logged in to my account and saw a character with Chinese letters which i am sure i didnt make. All of my standard characters from launch are gone, i was confused with what was happening and went to check my acoount setting. Someone changed my main email address and password, now i cant do anything with my account. What are some steps i can make to deal with this?

This happened to me before in another game and after I looked into it and took some precaution steps it never happened again. Here is what I did:

1) Use a different password for every account you have on the internet. For example I was a member of a fansite of the other game and I used the same password in that game. Hackers stole the account information from the fansite and used it to login into the game, because I used the same password.

2) Always enable 2 factor authentication, meaning you will need a code when you login from another location that is sent to you by email or preferably phone.

3) Don't play with your account on computers that belong to other people. They might have a keylogger installed.
