Bug encountered when switching to Season Mode mode

After switching from SSF mode to the general mode, many things in the hideout became dysfunctional, such as all items in the stash being lost, and even the reforging bench and reforging device were missing.How can this be resolved

I don't care about the items, but how do I restore the reforging table? I've already completed the mission, and didn't get it by replaying it.

I can't even use the reforging table from Chapter 4 NPC, how can this issue be resolved?
