Challenge & Achievement Menu

Title, is this not implemented yet?

I can see people in the chat with their respective challenge completeness bubbles next to their name (I assume that's what it is, similar to PoE1), however, there doesn't seem to be a way to view said Challenges. Input key is bound to H, but it doesn't work. Has this not yet been implemented? There clearly is some challenge tracking happening under the hood.

I think it's three cosmetic rewards you get for Act 1 things.
