Heavy stun buildup while doing nothing after parry

When I do my combo parry -> disengage -> explosive spear and whirlwind slash, sometime I receive heavy stun buildup even while not parrying. Sometime every attack receive while doing the whirlwind slashes I receive heavy stun buildup and get stun. And then when I get up, I instantly fall again and again and again on the ground even If i press nothing.

I tested it and It does the same when I nothing after the whirlwind slashes (my heavy stun bar fill up doing absolutely nothing). Seems to happen when there is a lot of monster.

so it seems it just bugs out 100% of the time if disengage is used in quick succession after the parry trigger, ALL hits on the character will be counted as if its actively blocking, holding the parry button, but not triggering the parry
i can fix it by tapping the parry bound key and releasing real quick
it actually makes parries quite unplayable right now, its kind of crazy

bumping this, playing parry as well and this is happening to me too. Heavy stun is still building even when parry isn't active.

Just posting to confirm I am seeing this too, where after a parry (and I belive a disengage) the heavy stun bar continues to fill even while I am not parrying. I creted a duplicate thread sorry - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3860566 - but it is the same issue as described here and can lead to constant heavy stun lock on the player too, where every monster hit seems to retrigger the heavy stun.
