[Updated 09/09] Please Update Your Support Page for PoE 2

A weirdly large number of people post in the PoE 1 Bug Reports forum section about PoE 2.

I suspect in some cases it is because of this page: https://www.pathofexile.com/support

Having separate links there for PoE 2 might lessen the workload on the staff who subsequently move threads to the correct forum section. In terms of time I'd expect it to have a solid RoI.



edit: If you're going through the support options for PoE 2 on Steam, "Customer Support Website" links you directly to https://www.pathofexile.com/support which is probably the root cause.


edit 2: There is a https://www.pathofexile2.com/support page; Steam just links to the wrong one.

existing POE 1 PC (Mac) link

add POE 1 console

add POE 2 PC

add POE 2 PS5

add POE 2 Xbox

Don't worry. The fora are still in Early Access. GGG will correct the issues by full release. =^[.]~=

Yep they need to change this. All the PoE 1 forums are overran with PoE 2 threads.

Doesn't even matter if you report the posts to be moved. They're still there.

I still haven't receive my paycheck for reporting thread to instruct GGG support staffer how to do their job (they refuse to move POE 2 bug threads from console bug report anyway)
