Cannot generate desecrated mod

I cannot reveal desecrated modifier on this item:

I get:
Crafting failed: Could not generate Mod.

it prolly has one or two prefixes left to choose from and the well of souls cant display one or two. Only three, so it shows this error. They gotta fix this asap man

same issue, still can't generate mods on certain low-level equipment.
