well, it still could be obtained via gambling (just got one and unexpectedly crashed on use)

Is there any ETA on this? I really want to play with it, as it's a new unique for the patch. I have one. But now it seems like it's drop disabled for the entire first week, and it doesn't seem like it's a part of the patch at the end of the week either.
