You have to wait until you get to Act 4 and talk to an NPC and do a quest... dumbest design idea.

Now imagine having to "earn" the right to use the Merchant tabs you paid for, every single new league or patch, over and over and over again.

Can someone who already had a hideout unlocked in a previous patch confirm if they where able to get Ange in their hideout prior to act 4, or was that another GGG untruth?
