Act 4 Kingsmarch (Crash)

Im experiencing my game crashing, I just finished act 3 and proceed to kingsmarch, i get loading screen for kingsmarch and the game crashs and closes. I tried relogin 4-5 times now and it still keeps happening. Can someone look into this

Please... I just relvled a 2nd character and IT STILL crashs in the exact same spot.... WTH do i do? Im i the only one experiencing this????

yeah i just finished act3, and it crashes now trying to go to 4. maybe its the video trying to play i dunno, i crashed while it was playing the video cinematic the first time
