Bought Supporter Pack on PS5 not to be found!

Hi there,
I bought a supporter pack before the Third Edict dropped on the PS Store. I have it in the transaction history but I have not received any of the items and the game still offers me that pack in the MTX shop. Bought the Cruel Trarthan Executioner pack for 44.99GBP.
