Electrocuting arrow not hitting monsters

Hello, there is a problem with the competence Electrocuting Arrow.

The skill does not hit some monsters in act 2 like
the big spiders near balbala
the big birds in deshar
more that I can't remember
and maybe more later.

+1 to this. Can confirm. Literally impossible to hit The Black Widow Spiders or the Vile Vultures. I kitted the enemy 1v1 for testing purposes and tried to hit them for 2 min from all angles possible. It cant. Also tried with Grounded aim as well as the new cursor aim. Misses on both.

Both Stormcaller Arrow skill and Electrocuting Arrow skill have big issues with hitting enemies. I have zero pierce equipped they still go throw enemies all the time

Definitely 100% electrocution Arrow on Ps5 Impossible to hit the spiders in the mines and the Vultures in Dashar. Please don't dismiss this as an accuracy issue it isn't. No Hit Period ever ..

Yep, Electrocuting Arrow is still bugged on many monsters and not applying its effect.

I came here to confirm the same issues. Spiders, some flying monsters and overall small (in height) monsters dont get hit with Electrocuting arrow - ever.

I've stopped the game cause of that bug.
Don't want to play LA.

Replying to contribute to this thread's visibility. Electrocuting arrow Is definitely bugged with Vile Vultures and completely phases through them.
