Supporter pack bought on steam was sent to my PSN account

I have PSN and steam accounts linked together. Today I bought a supporter pack on steam (received receipt from steam, steam points etc). Except all the contents were sent to my PSN account. Obviously I don’t want to have mtx split between two accounts and I don’t want to be locked into using PSN one. I’m also worried about buying anything else since I have 0 control of what goes where even when buying through the platform of my choice.

Can I have support look into it asap please, I’ve already sent an email but when I emailed few months ago asking for my PSN account to be unlinked (just to avoid issues like this) I never receive a response.

I just need the MTX moved to my steam account and make sure future purchases will go there.
