Upgraded Premium Tab

Hello, I've purchased upgrade to premium tab 4 times in the last sale anticipating being able to convert them to merchant tab for PoE2.
There had been no warning that we are not able to do so previously. Is it possible to get the refund for the upgrade purchased as it was falsely advertised that the "existing premium stash tabs will be able to be converted to merchant tabs".
