[FIXED] Why can't we convert premium tabs to merchant tabs if they were upgraded from regular tabs?

As the title says, why can we not convert tabs we upgraded? I upgraded them to premium tabs *explicitly for trade* years ago, and now I can't convert them to merchant tabs for reasons?

This makes no sense whatsoever and was NOT mentioned prior to the patch going live, baiting many people to simply upgrade some existing tabs they had into premium so they could be converted to Merchant ones with the patch.
