Login issues on website

I recently noticed I got logged out of my poe account on the website. So I tried logging in through my steam, it said there was no account linked. Tried logging through my email, apparently no account either. Made a new account to try and see, but can't seem to find my old account. However logging in through steam is still my old account.

I also can't seem to find an email address to contact support more privately than the forum. Please advise on how to access my old account so I can use filter imports/merchant tab settings/twitch drops etc without losing my old progress.
