Still no Loot Filter on MY PS5

Hi, I still have no access to a loot filter on PoE2 on PS5. Loot filter works fine on PoE1. I have played PoE1 to try and coax PoE2 loot filter to work and had no success. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to no avail. I have cleared the cache on the PS5 and still no success. Now I know it's working on PS5 as other players have noted this when I've asked on social media pages. I know you're all over 0.3 at the moment so not expecting a speedy response. Could you look at my account and see if there's an issue with just my account, your end or my end to see what the issue is. Hoping 0.3 will fix it but who knows. Thanks
