Where is Predownload PC version ?

I have an early access key and currently the 0.2 e
If I understood correctly, a pre-downloadable version should be available 1 day before departure.

I tried to re-download the installer, start the launcher... nothing to pre-download.

Do we have to wait for the start of the free weekend and be blocked from downloading with the flow of new players?

But anyway, I am downloading it now. Question about this:

The link says:
This torrent only includes the GGPK file, so you’ll need to copy it into your actual install folder once the patching server is up, no earlier than three hours before Path of Exile 2: The Third Edict launches. Please note that you can’t use this GGPK file with the Steam and Epic client.

After the download, I need to do the following:

1. Open the installation folder of my PoE 2
2. Copy and paste this GGPK file in that folder AS IS. REPLACE whatever is in there. No extraction needs to be done. LITERALLY COPY AND PASTE?
3. Should I run PoE 2 right after the copy and paste so it will download other files it needs OR I must wait until the new league is up before I run the game?

Edit: I checked where my PoE 2 game is installed in this laptop, it's at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExile.exe" so the folder where I must copy and paste the GGPK file is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile 2" correct?

I'm surprised I installed this game on my laptop in my C drive instead of my gaming drive. On my desktop I have a separate drive where I install my games.

Straight copy and paste is all you need to do.

Launch the game when the servers are down for patching - 2 hours before the game is due to launch - that will get any missing files.

By torrent ?!!
