" Have you done that? They're asking you to use the /verify command in your in-game chat window, and to then enter that code on the https://www.pathofexile.com/support page. They aren't asking you to post on the forum. While we're happy to help if you're having difficulty with something, it's not clear from your post what you want help with (if anything). Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
