Ctrl+Right-Click Oils PLEASE!

For moving oils *out* of the blight tab, we cannot ctrl-right click to move them. We also cannot ctrl-right click to a vendor to quick upgrade either. I currently have thousands of the lower-tier oils sitting around that I would like to do something with, but I cant without giving myself carpal tunnel.
