PAKISTAN PLAYER... COME GATHER! WE NEED NEW South Asia - USD LOCALIZATION PRICES!

BRUHHH WHY South Asia - USD PRICES INCREASE 100% FROM ITS INITIAL RELEASE?

WILL YOU AGREE IF THEY CUT THE PRICES BACK TO ITS LOCALIZATION?

Its unfair... now our prices = US Prices..

We barely eat good food here IN PAKISTAN.. also the war heat has big impact on our economy..

Why GGG? WHY??????

will you make better LOCALIZATION for US?

You only care for UKRAINE but not for us here in South Asia - USD/Pakistan...

Please be good to us!

Yeah I don't see this happening. As a player from Pakistan, I don't think there are enough players in POE2 for GGG to care. They even removed the Steam localization prices for early access packs.

It's hard enough to survive in this heat and now with floods, I think PC games are the last thing on our population's mind. And most people are addicted to 3 patti game anyways.

See, I am lucky enough to get initial localization prices to play at this early access.

I dont see good reason they put the prices to international again which is high % increase..

Just please give the localization back for South Asia..
We are no rich country... and the war make us more oppressed from finding happiness..

Me and 5 of my friends love this game, and this the only game cheers us in this bad conflict.

Localization for pricing is practically never a thing and it’s pretty messed up.

I’m based in Thailand, and the minimum wage here is about ten times lower than in the US, yet I still have to pay the same prices—even when regional discounts exist.

The same goes for Adobe products, where there are no discounted prices even though they claim to offer localized pricing.
Maybe it's too complicated to check for VPN misuse, who knows, but yea it`s all bs, don`t hope for it.

You don't even need to check for VPN or anything. Steam does it best, the debit/credit card must be issued by that country. So if you tried to change your steam store from US to Thailand and tried to buy games that are discounted, you get an error message during the payment information where it validates your credit card to ensure the bank that issued it is located in the country of purchase. If not, you get rejected.

It's very easy for GGG to implement the same, some vendors can validate the country the credit/debit card was issued and if that matches the region/country of purchase, proceed with purchase else reject. It's the most secure way.

Assuming the question is a honest question: Prices are not local to avoid players buying packs via VPN much cheaper. I could save 90% off the game price buy buying the bundle in Pakistan.

assuming if it is works..
steam does not allow to change currency/region for every 3 months..
ABUSING IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE even when using VPN.. it is useless..

Steam already prevent localization abuse..by limiting the term...
so why bother for it?

no all game can be play or pay cheaper using some region..
for example, US will be prefer to stay at US Region for some good reason..

and credit card will declined the payment if it is used outside their region..

its just not make sense?
Brazil and Ukraine / CIS always get their privilege..
And why we dont?

Why are some regions priced at double or more than the Valve suggested regional price (South Asia, LATAM, MENA) while some regions are priced at Valve's suggested price (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Brazil)?

yeah I know.. thats the reason why we demand South Asia to change to initial localization..

there is war in ukraine and they give discount...
there is war in pakistan and they increase the prices...

we demand justices...
south asia should be 50% off like brazil,CIS, and ukraine..
This is still an issue.
