Points bought not loading

Tried buying points for purchase of stash tabs twice. Tried restarting the game twice, points won't show up.

PS5, and no they do not. Problem persistent now with PoE2. Have tried contacting support, but the issue is STILL not resolved, with no contact or updates in weeks.
