When are Settlers of Kalguur MTX available?

Do we know when/if all the MTX items from the Settlers of Kalguur mystery box will become available?
I've seen it mentioned that they typically become available 3 weeks after the league ends, but haven't seen them available yet.

In particular I was really hoping to grab the Celestial Enigma map device at some point.
I bought a whole bunch of mystery boxes during the league but wasn't lucky enough for 1 to show up.

Any info, even if that its never going to be available, would be great.
