mana flask with hinder does not work when on full mana, and prevent triggered flask to start too

I have multiple verified this with 4 life flasks and 5 mana flasks

If there is an "hinder" related effect the flask is not activated when i am on full mana/life, and other triggered flasks are not activated either (when adjacent flask is used ...)


The effect are described as :
"grants immunity to hinder for X seconds IF used while hindered"
"hinders nearby enemies with 20% reduced movement IF used while not on full mana"
It is not said that i must lack life/mana to activated this.

Afaik all other flasks with additional effects can be used whenever i press the button, as expected, no matter if life/mana is full or not.


Please, fix this tiny but nasty bug.
