I already have path of exile 2 early access transaction history and characters on console why does it say i dont have access to early access?

Are you asking about the website and / or the PC client?
Path of Exile 2 Early Access is platform-specific; e.g. you are only able to play the game on PC after buying it on Steam. The website... tends to forget consoles exist, and so it is only reliable at representing any licenses you have to play Path of Exile 2 on PC. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
