Incorrect operation has led to the inability to unbind the account.

When it was version 0.1, I accidentally linked my friend's Steam account to my email (I thought the two accounts could be online simultaneously or could be easily unbound from the Steam account). Eventually, I found out that the two accounts couldn't be online at the same time and couldn't be unbound easily. I sent an email before, and waited for a week to get a reply, but the problem wasn't solved. They just asked me to submit information that could prove the account. After I submitted it, I never received a reply again and the problem still hasn't been solved. I want to know when my problem will be resolved.
