no verification email and cannot get my email linked to my account

Hi I purchaseed trhe game on steam but cannot launch the game properly there. So i downlooaded the PC installer but cannot log in there cuz i don't have my email linked in my account. I try to get verification email to activate it but never received one. I used the resend verification email feature and got error code: f743b0787fc1f8e20b39675336e6266c
