Prefer the old attribute anoints.

The combinations of all the first three oil tiers for amulet anoints are now largely retaliation or tincture notables. I prefer how it was before having most of these as the +30 attribute notables.

They were generic and some use to most builds, while these new ones are very specific. So if you get lucky enough to find a few oils early in your build they might of been helpful, but frequently not anymore.

I understand why this was done, with the notables on the tree exceeding the combinations, but I think having those +30's in the pool was better, and having the lower level anoints being more generic than very specific was also better.
