Hideout cleared after league ends

my dad plays on XBOX series X

he currently cannot interact with anything he has unlocked in 0.2 DOTH league

he was into endgame, and unlocked all benches,npc's and so on.

now they all dissapeared

wtf is happening and what can he do to fix it?

i contacted support, and to fix this on console Press RS in character selection. there you can migrate your characters to standard again
