The new tradesystem - all that good?

While I absolutley love any changes to the trade system (finally) I also believe it will need some finetuning.

Imagine posting something slightly below price and all over sudden 100 charachkter try to port into your Hideout to get the item.

Will we get a Rogue harbor experience with laggs and DC`s?
Do I have to listen to the horrible Goblin band in my Hideout?
And what if those ppl dont leave? Can i make them?

I could imagine some ppl will post a thoughtafter item supercheap just to hide the chest/NPC in an unreachable area, this way you could still have some pricefixing / controll over the market (Item will never be sold - listed forever) but with a lot of player more frustrated then just not getting an answer.
Now they waist there time in someone elses Hideout trying to get the bargain, sometimes repeatedly following the list on the trade page.

So in some aspects the new trade system looks worse to me then the old one.

When you have the option of taking a nickel or a twenty dollar bill, take the 20 and move on bro.

Sorry to sound a big a$$ here. But isn't that just common sense? What am I missing here? Is there a reason to state the obvious?

Not possible, the buyer is teleported directly to the NPC.

Got anything else to say about something you haven't even touched yet?
Your hideout will have a limit or 24 or 25 players who are not friends and/or party members. When teleporting to the hideout, you will go straight to the NPC, trade window open, and desired item highlighted.
