Movement cancels skills, cooldowns are wasted

People reported it about golems, but it's about all skills.

You use skill and then use "move only" on left click in a quick succession, with about 100 ms delay between them, or even faster.
Mana then is spent and cooldown kicks in, if it exists.
You can see very brief startup animation of skill and then you stop casting and run.

So skills with cooldown are the ones that really suffer from this: golems, Temporal Rift, Frost Shield are the most notable cases.
Often I die in a clutch because my Temporal Rift got canceled by movement.

I suspect it's not even a bug, but likely a feature, to smoothen the feeling of skills without cooldown.
But if that behaviour had an exception for skills with cooldowns, it would be really appreciated.

Or keep canceling them, but make that cooldown starts (and mana is spent) only after spell was successfully casted. So if it got canceled, you can repeat again.
