Filter problem when using controller

This report is for Patch of Exile 2. Problem exist when minor update before the new season release.


I notice that there was a problem regarding the filter when using controller, the items are missing and just line of lights shining in the screen. But, when i change character and keyboard set up, the filter was working just fine and pick up my item loots.
I already try to uninstall and the same problem came. I also did play other games so maybe the cache may reset or stop, but the same issue still exist.

Doesn't sound like a filter issue.

Item labels are generally visible when the "Always Highlight" setting is on. Keyboard users hold Alt to show item labels while this setting is off, or to show items hidden by the filter while the setting is on; there may be something similar for controller, but I'm not sure since I don't play with Controller.

"Always Highlight" can be bound to a key or a controller action, allowing the setting to be toggled on and off without opening up options.
Keyboard users can toggle this setting by pressing Z (default binding).
Controller uses have an action they can bind to their skillbars that toggles this setting--the action is initially set to L2+DPad Right.
