replace a support pack

I'm just trying to replace a support pack at the same price, not trying to get a refund.
I hope you can help me. Thank you.

I understand only able to consider a refund when requested within 48 hours of the purchase being made and the contents of the pack remain completely untouched (including the exclusive microtransactions and points contained in the pack).
but i bought the Premium Stash Tab Bundle 1 minute after reloading, how could I not use my points.

I sent it yesterday, but they replied they couldn't handle it.I'm kind of over it, just wanted to come here and complain.

Like I said, if you had something else you wanted to buy, would you wait 48 hours after purchasing a support package?

I mean, if you sent them an email and they said they couldn't swap the package. That would probably be because they would have to effectively refund it, then "purchase" whichever thing you wanted instead. This type of responsibility falls onto the buyer at the end of the day especially since there is no "try before you buy". Kind of an unfortunate grey area but yeah.

With that being said, there are often videos on youtube other than the ones from the in-game store that showcase various MTX, which in essence can be a "Try before you buy".
