Please rescind all of the probations!

Pretty please? I miss some of the frequent posters. Many are on probation for who knows what. Seems like some are hesitant to post anything contrary due to an overhanded approach to forum rules.

Yeah rules are rules, but dang, doesn't it seem like we're headed into Reddit orbit nowadays?

I mean don't get banned. Comparing them monitoring the forums to Reddit makes no sense. Reddit removes posts and monitors their platform based off political views and has no similarities to how GGG monitors the forums.

Honestly, all the "frequent" posters i can think off that are currently on probation should stay that way forever. Forum is less toxic this way, even if just slightly.

Having contrary opinions is fine, but the "who knows what" usually amounts to personal attacks and threats. The forum is better without that mischief, as we're about to experience an influx of new and infrequent visitors.

Keeping up appearances, and all that. Who is in charge of the sandwich spread? I'm handling the vol-au-vents.

I don't think those who are permanently banned, or probated whatever come check these forums daily if it was lifted. I know I'd just quit if they banned me. So far they've only been deleting posts.

There are a couple of folk who are on permanent forum probation that still play the game (seen one online ingame).

Some of the folks on permanent probation makes sense to me. They were endless ad hominem and the same regurgitated negativity no matter the context of the thread.
