New Helena feature

I believe the new Helena feature is a great qol adition, but it would be awesome if the scrolls could be used directly from the stash tab.

I'd like somebody in Kingsmarch to be able to do this, as well; might as well be Faustus, as he's centrally located, though it could also fit Rog, thematically. =^[.]^=
