hideout Decoration Well4 cannot be interacted with when using controller

as the title speaks a bit for itself, im posting this on behalf of my friend who is new to the game and playing on Xbox series X

he wants the Hideout decoration Well4 in his hideout. he places it, and after that he cannot interact with it, from any angle. now he also cannot select it without using the hideout stash.

on pc, i can just click on it, but with controller this is impossible.

can the hitbox made bigger so he can interact with it?
