Implicit of Kalandra's Touch doesnt have effect

Hello,

There are some Implicit (1 or 2 mods) unique Kalandra's Touch rings, that seem to not work / have no effect in the area that they affect (Discipline has 20% inc effect or %increase strength etc.).

Even though the ring reflects the other ring, the extra Implicit should take effect IMHO, but please correct me if this is not true.

This is hard to solve technically and yet the "+24343% to Fire Resistance" body armour is still in the game in STD... :) pretty funny if u ask me.
